No. newuser is a login which fires up an account creation script, and the
account stays on.

You don't login for (say) 30 days, your account is nuked.

IIRC, the security hassle is a bit too much ... I'll ask around and post
something to the list.
Or wait - there was a thread about all this in (LIG|LIH) around when LI
split into several lists a few months back. Arun posted a pretty good
explanation for this IIRC.
