It is a 2 step process:
1. You need some way of reading files off of the Linux partition from
inside WinDOS. Someone suggested ext2explore. You can probably try that.
2. Once you have access to the actual man pages installed in the ext2
partition, you need the ability to read them. The man pages are usually
text files formatted using nroff. Get a ngroff reader for windows like
wingroff (http://www.cs.vu.nl/~tmgil/misc/wingroff.html)
