They are using the IIS smtp/pop3 daemons. See ESR's fetchmail faq for a
way to deal with this.

Or better - try enabling the fetchall ...
This fetchmailrc worked perfectly ok with eth in hyderabad
defaults
forcecr
poll pop3.eth.net with proto pop3
user foo with password bar wants mda "sed -e '1s/^\t/Received: /' |formail |
/usr/bin/procmail -d foo"
fetchall
[note that that mda thing is one line]
