hello
i want to know whether trident 3D card is a
problem-poser for redhat-6.2. i have samsung samtron
55E monitor and trident-3D blade card . i cannot run
x-windows properly. my system has started hanging at
the graphical login screen after working properly for
about 10 days.
i had earlier set the frequency of my model as the
lowest range(50-70). but i later tried to increase the
frequency to 50-90 .( my monitor has specified freq
of 50-120).but the system hanged out inside the
configurator itself and it is not recovering.
even the bios prompts me the following:
Enter SETUP and set clock ratio
what is this nessage supposed to be???
i did not fiddle anyway with the bios settings.
please help..
anybody else having problem with trident card?
