Hi public,
For my mail account here, I use procmail filter to direct all linux-india
mails to it's own folder (in my $HOME/mail directory) viz. linux. Now I
was out of station for a cpl o' days and for this period wanted all my LI
mails also to go to the INBOX as my home directory has little space left.
So I renamed my ".forward" file to ".forward1" and did nothing to my
".procmailrc" thinking there could be no possible effect as procmail
itself would not run due to a missing ".forward" file.
When I returned (after 4 days), I found that there had been no changes at
all as all my LI mails had still gone to the "linux" folder, luckily not
overflowing my home directory.
What could be the possible reason?
