That would be level 0 or level 3:

But typically, RAID is done at a device level and on a single machine.
What you're trying to do is distributed across multiple OSes, filesystems
etc. Perhaps it's doable, but it's going to be expensive and the results
may be less than pleasing. Sounds like writing a winmodem driver :)
