I don't see how the refresh rates can change overnight on a shutdown PC and
that too inadverently...Most likely it is some bug(grasshopper and the
like;)
I think LVGandhi had posted something akin to this recently...check the
thread. And everyone sems to be having this with RedHat6.2..
