I want to buy an amd k6-2 processor (500Mhz) .
Please do tell me about a good motherboard and AGP card that will function well on
linux as well as being affordable. I plan to use win2000 as well as Red hat linux on
it.
My assembler claims that only sis 530 motherboard is commonly used
with amd. Are there any compatibility problems with linux(it uses sis 6326 integrated
AGP card)
