Does that mean you will reject my help? :-)

Not enough data - Are mails to both these addresses landing up in the same
mailbox? Then you will have to figure out the header that has the individual
information, and write a filter to use that header. If X-Foo: is the header
that says the mail was meant for Santosh or Rajesh, then your recipe will look
like:

:0:
* ^X-Foo:.*rajesh
/var/spool/mail/rajesh

:0:
* ^X-Foo:.*santosh
/var/spool/mail/santosh

Of course, both these userids should exist.
