Have you considered the fact that mail.com address may forward to the
goatelecom.com address?

As far as I read what Rajesh wants - he wants a mail sent to both rajeshfowkar
and santoshfowkar (cc'd to both) to be stored in both /var/spool/mail/santosh
and /var/spool/mail/rajesh

Not when one of the accounts forwards to the other account. Even in fetchmail
I would prefer using procmail -
user foo with password "bar" wants mda "sed -e '1s/^\t/Received:/'| formail |
/usr/bin/procmail -d foo-localuser"
[one line above - split with a slash if you want that in multiple lines]
