        Tell me one thing. Aren't u using something like fetchmail to
download the mails from goatelecom.com and mail.com . I don't understand
how else u would try to use procmailrc on mails not intended for your pc.
        And are u downloading both the mails to the user account of rajesh
on your pc? or are the mails being forwarded to the your pc?
        and Do u want only those mails which are sent to both the
addresses only to be stored in /var/sp..../rajesh and /var/...../santosh
or all the mails sent to santoshfow...@.... in /var/sp.../santosh??
        Please clarify....

        If I am right u can use the fetchmail to that easily instead of
using procmail.
        Bye and EnjoyLife......
