I think, I need to clarify more on my problem,
The individual lan's are in different cities. All of them have a linux
server to connect to the Intermet.
What I want is that if users A and B are in delhi i.e. [EMAIL PROTECTED] and
[EMAIL PROTECTED] are in delhi and C and D are in mumbai i.e. [EMAIL PROTECTED] and
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and what we want is that if a user in delhi [EMAIL PROTECTED]
sends a mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] which is on the same server then the mail
should get to the user's local mailbox immediately.
But if the user [EMAIL PROTECTED] sends a mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] or to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] which is not in delhi but in bombay, then the mail has to go
to the mail server on the internet which is hosting kind of an account we
have taken with individual pop3 accounts for [EMAIL PROTECTED] , [EMAIL PROTECTED] ,
[EMAIL PROTECTED] etc.
In all locations the user uses the internal Linux server as the incoming and
the outgoing mail server. The server connects regularly to the Internet to
collect / flush mails. i.e. the delhi server would pick up mails for
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED] and the bombay server would pick up mails
for [EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED]
The suers are using normal mail clients like outlook express so pine and
MUTT are not good options.
I hope u get my problem.
