If you have noticed in all the cases, the BogoMips values are double the actual
clock speed for the processor. This is not a bug and is typical for all AMD
processors. IIRC, this is a FAQ and is documented somewhere (LKML?)
But something is fishy in your /proc/cpuinfo - If it is really an
Athlon, how come it supports fewer flags than my Athlon/Duron/K63? One of the
enhancements of K63 and later processors is the support for the "3dnowext"
extension which seems to be missing in your case.
Also, you have some other stuff in your flags like "17 22 24 30" which i have
never come across.
What kernel are you running?
