The error message is as follows :

The Kernel has no ppp support, neither compiled not via the kernel module loader

However I was using the same old kernel on SuSE 6.3. If the ppp support is not present
in the kernel than it should have given error in SuSE 6.3 itself. What about the new
kernel with SuSE 7. The default kernel should have built in support for ppp. Another
thing is the ppp module is already loaded.

The output of lsmod :

Why even though ppp module is loaded it is giving the error when I start KPPP ?

Any ideas friends.

Thanks in advance.
