hi,
well i am totally new to linux and i don't have my X server working.i have to update
my kernel for this from the Red Hat site .but i do't think my modem is installed on
linux.my modem is Motorola SM56 Speakerphone internal modem .
on another partition i have win 98 .i can surf the net from windows .now i don't know
how to download a file in windows and update my linux kernel.
it would be best if you can tell me how to use my modem to dial my isp and the use
lynx to download the kernel.
