hi all
in Netscape messenger, it is possible to set the user name for the outgoing
mailserver. can the same be done in sendmail?
here is the situation .. mail server in my organization requires
authentication to send mails. it works perfectly if i set the outgoing username
in Netscape Messenger and smtp as the mailserver. but direct connection to the
system is slow. hence i want to send mails to the local sendmail which in turn
sends to the mailserver.
