The /var/spool/mail had 775 permissions. And it still didn't work. I ran
fetchmail with the -v -v option. The extra -v is for debugging
information. Went through the full html man page of fetchmail still
can't get it to work. I am pasting the last part of the debugging info I
got when I ran "fetchmail -v -v"

Who is the "listner" ? If I have a POP account at say eudoramail.com or
yahoo.com with a login name of "ABCD" and my login name of my local
machine is "xyz" and my machine name is localhost.localdomain, then how
do I tell this to fetchmail ?

Regards,
mario
