Thanks for the response.
I have updated kernel to 2.2.16-3. Run XF86Setup and then with minor
tweaking X runs. But still, when I switch to other page using
alt+ctrl+F*, and comeback I found X screen gets disturbed. Then I have
to reboot.
I tried Xconfigurator also. No improvement.
