Hi,
The problem is with the kernel. The kernel given in the PCQ CD is
2.2.14-something. You need to upgrade to kernel 2.2.16-3, Which is
available at any of the redhat mirror sites, or update sites, that you can
go from www.redhat.com. After downloading the kernel, which is around 5 MB,
you should install it with rpm -ivh kernel.2.2.16-3.rpm. Then run
XConfigurator. The full details for upgrading kernel is available at
exocore.com.

Jesus Loves You.

Subject: [LIH] X in new zenith PC

we have purchased new zenith PC cel 566 having 810 chip and shared
memory and Samtron 55v monitor. I installed RH6.2 from PCQ CD. As said
in mag I avoided X configuration and after rebooting I did setup and
Xconfiguration. Though intel chip and as SVGA detected, I followed all
said in exocore/linux, X was not staring. I installed gart and XFcom and
di as said in the guide, now also it doesn't work. I get error unknown
