OK lets assume that you are using wvdial. Check out DNS settings in
/etc/resolv.conf.
Once you are online, run 'nslookup www.linuxtoday.ocm' to check the DNS
settings. If it returns an ip address, try to ping it.
Tell us what happen. If above two steps work perfectly, your browser has to
work...
BTW, how do you use pap with wvdial? I heard but never learnt....
