This works well. You load up minicom, dial, wait for the username/pass
promots feed them and as soon as you give "ppp", I guess you still have to
do that, you do <CTRL>+AZ
press Q
On the Yes No prompt say YES! (Of course)
after coming out fire up /usr/sbin/pppd immeidately.
you should be on!!
Keep a tail -f messages on a virtual console ready for checking whats
happening.
For this you need to have pppd set up to use the proper modem device, etc.
