How do you initiate the PPP Connexion using Minicom ? Do you quit out of
minicom without resetting the modem or with resetting the modem ? and do
you start ppp after quitting minicom ? How do you supply the login and
password et al ?
I suggest you have a look at the VSNL connexion HOWTO at
http://linuxindia.virtualave.net . Little bit old but should work.
