Agreed but these card are expensive and modem can provide a similar
facility.
In fact dialogic cards can play a message at 8000 samples only, where as a
modem can play at 11500 samples.

that's great. Please let me know the details. I can provide client side
support up to telephone. So that telephone to telephone service can be
