The initial charges for the cable modem are the same as DSL (ADSLrouter),
the recurring monthly charges are half (a500 for cable connection), but
they tell me that the noise on the line will be much more as the same line
(from the provider in the area to my place) will be shared on the way by
many others, whereas the copper cable from the provider to my place will
be separate for me in case of DSL.
