The howto (original at http://linuxindia.virtualave.net/vsnlcon.html) has been
modernized and split into three parts -
* Dialing into your ISP (DOT Hyderabad for example)
* Configuring POP3 and SMTP (using fetchmail and sendmail)
* Configuring your mail client (using mutt)
The rest of the site is heavily under construction so please excuse any 404s
