Sorry to hear about this. I can't help you find it - but you can do
something, that would prevent it being used by someone else. There is
something called a IMEI No. for the Phone, if you bought it from an
authentic place, that number must be in your bill or at the back side of
your handset packing box (incase, you still have it). Visit the nearest
Siemens Service Center with the bill and request them to block the IMEI
Number.

It will not be operating on any other network, then.

And, I hope, you've already blocked got your SIM blocked ? Else, you may get
thwaped by the service provider's bill shortly :)
