I hate username/password, So in earlier (rh4.2 to 6.0) installation I used
to make the password entry blank in /etc/paswd like msd::
I applied same to 6.2 and my blank password was not recognized.
There after box was refusing any new users also.
It does not recognize any password change also.
Old username are still accepted with old passwd only.
I have disabled md5, shadow etc.
How can I revert back to plain passwd scheme (with blank passwd), No worry
the box is as safe as Fort Knox :-))
