Hi folks

I'm currently expanding my dialup howto to include howtos for configuring exim
and postfix on a dialup (both _far_ easier than configuring sendmail on the
same dialup) :)

Now for qmail. Reading through the FAQs, I've found two suggestions - one to
use an app called serialmail and another to use maildir2smtp. Could somebody
point me to a page (or post a short howto) on how to configure qmail on a
dialup so that

1. Mail is handed off to a smarthost (say an ISP mail server) for delivery
2. Mail is handed off _without_ DNS lookups being done locally
3. Mail is queued when the sender is offline.

Suggestions appreciated :)
