i wish i had'nt, atleast that way i wuld have my old copy of my lilo on MBR
and could have still used it, 'cause i did not change the partition in which
i had installed linux.. well anyway i ran lilo and it cribbed giving
following error
geo_comp_addr: Cylinder number is too big (1115 > 1023)
I had posted this error earlier on this mailing list, but somehow.. did'nt
get posted.. ok.. so i searched on the net and found abt this -l option .. so
ran lilo with -l option .. and bingo.. no cribing everything seemed fine
untill i rebooted the machine to find 'LI' glaring at me..
well as usual in short I ran 'lilo -l' after recompiling... ;-)
