Been doing UUCP most of my life... let me know if you want any help.

The UUCP info docs have a decent amount of examples for UUCP over TCP.

Be sure to configure sendmail with opt UUCP and use the uucp-dom
mailer to move your mails. [I don't recognise the existence of other
mailers ;-) ]
