You should opt in for "Unix Concepts & Applications --- by Sumitabha
Das".............  a must for a newbie. It teaches everything from very
basic... Dont go in to name ---- Unix, in the book is given each and every
command with differences in Red Hat, Suse and Unix etc.

One more thing, where are you, actually I were trying to locate some
O'Reilly vendor, can I have them in Chandigarh by post.

There is one more book by Kernighan & Pike.......... but it is very good for
UNIX, for linux variations for commands you will need some other book.
