hi everybody,
i have a problem, to which i am not finding a suitable solution. it goes
on like this.
i have access to two machine, the first machine is a high speed internet
access machine while the other machine cannot access the internet but is on
a lan connected to the first machine.
the problem is that, the first machine has a very diskspace, so large
downloads cannot be made on it, while the second machine has a lot of
diskspace. i want to download net stuff from the first machine and store it
on the second. i dont have root access to the first machine, cannot do nfs
sharing of second, smb is not installed on the first machine. however i do
have root access on the second and can play around with it. i do have telnet
and ftp access to the first machine.
