Hi

I am facing problems for linux Redhat 7.0 installation :

1. Local Hard Disk Access
I have one 4.3GB HDD and another 20GB HDD in my computer. I could
successfully install Redhat 7.0 in a 4.5GB partition within 20GB HDD. When I
try to mount any of the hard disks to access data from the windows
partition, it gives an error for incorrect major/minor number. The major
number for 4.3GB HDD is 3 and for 20GB HDD is 22.(which is OK as per
documentation) Also minor numbers are non conflicting unique for respective
partitions.

2. Floppy Drive Access
When I try to mount, it gives an error for incorrect major/minor number.

3. SoundCard configuaration
I have Yamaha soundcard. When I run /sbin/sndconfig, it says the kernel has
to be 2.2 or higher. The kernel version installed is 2.2.16-22.

4. MPEG Player
It is not possible to see video movie from KDE MPEG Player even after .dat
files are recognised in open-file window.

Please guide me where I am going wrong.
Regards.
