You can try following sites for deonaagaree fonts.
http://www.esakal.com
http://www.loksatta.com
http://www.maharashtratimes.com/
http://www.naidunia.com
These are newspaper sites and ship their own fonts. Of course they are not
GPL'ed. I can tell you few font editors also. Sometime back I tried creating my
own font. Later I realised that it's a much bigger field than to poke casually.
If you drop that GPL clause from your request, I can make few available to all.
GPL doesn't really aply to fonts, I guess....
And of course, do try http://www.bharatbhasha.org. CDAC has shipped many of
fonts with their softwares. You can use them I guess. The license does say
something about that. Don't remember.
