Hi

It looks like it's a KDE2 version of it and you don't have KDE2 installed, not
atleast using mandrake rpms. I have faced this problem earlier. I have KDE2
installed from source and as a result I can not install(not at least without
forcing) any other KDE2 dependent rpm.

Try installing with --no-deps option. It may not work even if it gets installed,
due to some(if any) dpendency problems.

If you don't have KDE2, you can get KDE1 version of it. I am running the same
version. DnD works between KDE2 and KDE1. So no problemo....
