Hi,
just compiled my kernel with xconfig, put my old one in a different dir,
edited lilo.conf, etc. My new one doesn't boot, so I booted the old one. So
far so fine. When I wanted to restart compiling my old kernel he loaded all
the options I passed to the new one. Therefore I changed a lot, I don't know
which option is responsable for the hanging. Reinstalled the kernelsources
(under SuSE: lx_suse_24) but I still get the defaults of the newer self
compiled kernel. How do I get to the point, that I can start compiling my old
default kernel again (tried to copy him over ../i386/boot/bzImage or
../linux/vmlinux but it didn't change anything)

tnx in advance

Tom
