It it not export $DISPLAY -- this statement is wrong  ( my fault though )

Please type in these statements

prompt > set DISPLAY=yourmachinename.domain.com:0
prompt> export DISPLAY

/* note : there is no " $ " in front of DISPLAY */

Now start EXCEED in passive mode.

goto telnet session and

prompt> ./path_to_/xinitrc

Give it 4 - 5 secs ,  exceed will launch up.
