 Yeah - installing an update to gcc on redhat 7 / moving to redhat 7.1
 (seawolf) actually erases kgcc. 

 So just get a snapshot of 2.95.2 from
 <http://www.gnu.org/software/gcc/gcc-2.96.html> and use it.
