Hi all
I use VSNL and DIshnet dial up services. Both were working fine until a
couple of weeks back when Dishnet gave up on me.
I am able to connecct to Dishnet but nnot browse. I get unknown host / unable
to connect to remote host errors. I presumed Dishnet's DNS is down, so i set
/etc/resolv.conf and /etc/ppp/resolv.conf to VSNLs DNS. This did not work.
Nor did settign these in KPPP make any difference.
I checked with Windoze and Dishnet seems to work perfectly there - with the
same DNS servers ie 202.9.145.6 / 7
Any suggestions on what i can try ?
