May not be the same DNS... windoze sets dns on each connect.. while on
linux you set it in /etc/resolv.conf 

so if the dishnet blocks access to the DNS servers from outside that
subnet... your DNS queries won't work if you end up with a IP that is not
allowed to access that particular DNS server.
