There is nothing harm in upgrading from 6.0 to 6.2,
You please take the backup of squid.conf etc otherwise, you will loose your acls
However upgrading does the config files backup as file.rpmsave something like
this, But to be on the safer side have the backup, of all imp files,
and make /usr partions has enough space to upgrade,
