Hi listers, Forgive me for asking a basic question. In Office I have dual boot (win95/PCQ LInux) m/c with NAV 5 for win95 virus protection and LILO on MBR. Whenever we scan floppies in win, NAV will display that MBR is altered and whether to repair or contiinue? We choose continue and proceed. But my boss does not remember this and he repairs MBR over writing it and making Lilo boot in to linux impossible from HD.
I have seen earlier posts about password protecting LILO. How to do it? Man lilo does not give any pointers. Will somebody help me?
