In this situation you can not do it. Because NAV warning comes while you boot 
in windows. That time window in full control to do whatever it wants with HDD. 
So no lilo protection is going to save you.

Better you tell NAV that this is sane MBR and accept as standard. I think there 
is an option to do that. And disable any BIOS antivirus checks. They are good 
for nothing..

And there is one more man page on lilo. man lilo.conf. See at the end of man 
lilo
