Hi all,

Sorry for "legal warning" in my previous mail, actually that was my first
post, and I didn't expect such a loud outrage about it.

Such legal warings will be appended to internet mails as part of corporate
security certifications, not just to fustrate people.I was really heart by
the LANGUAGE that Raju used in below mail.If such a legal warning is against
the rules of mailing list, there could be authoritative waring about it,even
one can knock it off,if rules permits.

dumb-ass warning,We Don't Care If
Your Mailserver Does It. Talk to your sysadmin. Get another job.
Use another e-mail account. Masquerade as your kid sister.

Above lines shows the arrogance of people who manage this maillist,I really
couldn't understand what forced him to write such a harsh mail,as such legal
warings are quite common in corporate circle.

May be this is my last post,if list allows me,certaily I will post.

Regards
Vikram

Hi Vikram,

No one can legally read your message since none of us is the
``intended recipient/s''. Why don't you remove that dumb-ass warning
at the end of your message and re-send it so that people would be able
to reply to your putative query? And once again, We Don't Care If
Your Mailserver Does It. Talk to your sysadmin. Get another job.
Use another e-mail account. Masquerade as your kid sister.

All: what do you suggest we do with these stupid quasi-legal warnings
on messages? They're growing more and more popular, taking up
bandwidth, and I'm sure one day the list admins will get sued for
redistributing private e-mail. Should we just knock offenders off the
list without warning? Or should everyone send nasty, mean, taunting
messages to the originator in private e-mail?

Sorry, neither Devdas nor I have time to track first-, second- and
subsequent offences.

Let's start the LI-*-Admin Legal Relief Fund IAC.

Regards,

-- Raju
