hai, if u have a redhat cd then follow the steps below to restore lilo: 1. edit the bootable list of ur computer start with cd ,floppy,harddisk. 2.in the options provided type linx rescue. 3.if ur linux native is on hda5 type mount /dev/hda5 temp 4.chroot temp 5.now edit the /etc/lilo 6.run lilo.
