Configure your dns (put your ISP's dns servers in resolv.conf)

Is your keyboard so fast that  you get repeat characters like
thhiiissss ? You can slow it down ... Try :  `kbdrate -r 3.0`
This permits 3 keystrokes per second. 'man kbdrate' for more.
