All those Alphas are configured using Compaq's sysman .. which makes
them horribly insecure.
There is a dnsbl of open proxies (socks.relays.osirusoft.com - now being
renamed proxies.relays.osirusoft.com) - and some other proxy lists
besides. Those have nearly ALL the mtnl machines listed as running open
http/connect proxies which are being abused to send out spam.
You use an MTNL dialup - just dont use their smtp servers.
