( Like for mail/sendmail/mutt setup we refer to Suresh's url. ) Please also include Diagnostics for Disk problems, broken links, DNS/mail, network setup and more importantly X setup problems - if possible and not included already ! Will you ? Or better still , you can definately design & code it separately on your own. I will do more tough job - I will use it ! ;-) Jokes apart, hope you will give some thought & time to it.
