I suggest you put it under a license appropriate to your
requirements. That way you won't have to worry about commercial or
non-commercial usage on a case-by-case basis.

I really don't know the time schedule yet. We just (today) got a new
project manager for the Linux for Schools project, and hope to get
some deadlines from him soon :-) However, a couple of weeks is the
minimum amount of time you can expect.
