Already it is in that format , with menu options:
========= Main Menu==============
1) Q/A Test
- Std V
- ( Enter Sub , Name, Roll no. ,
date etc.. Then Start Test or Cancel
etc )
- Std VI
...
2) Test Results
- ( relevent options )
...
3) Data Bank ( password protected )
- Add
- Sub: --- , Std: --- , Year: --- , Q/A: -
( Then Data Entry Screen )
- Modify
...
- Delete
...
4) Exit

Q/A data are saved as binary encrypted files.
